After Obtaining The N.Dex:Giratina

At Route 214, you will find a secret passage to the Spring Path and Sinnoh's fourth lake. At the Spring Meadows, you would have to use Rock Climb to enter Turnback Cave. You see four different entrances.You may be wondering:"Which one!This, that or that!?Ahh!!My brain is going to explode!!!etc. etc."Here's a hint, try the entrance on the North, I bet Giratina's inside. So, good luck!

After Obtaining The N.Dex:Heatran

On your first visit to Stark Mountain, you will be accompanied by Buck, a brother of one of the Elite 4. When you find the entrance of a chamber or whatever you call it, Buck will rush into it and grab the Magma Stone and leave,how selfish! Surf off at Route 226 and find your way to the Survival area. Go to the second house from the left and...hey,Bucky!? Talk to him and he will return the Magma Stone to the Volcano/Mt.Stark. Travel back to Mt. Stark and enter the chamber again.What's this? It's Heatran!So,CAPTURE ON!!!!

After obtaining National Dex:Cresselia

After catching Mesprit & obtaining the N.Dex, head to Canalave City and talk to the Sailor's( who brings you to Iron Island) family. Their child's having a terrible nightmare and it's up to you to cure him.But you might be wondering:"How am I going to cure him?!I'm not a doctor!etc. , etc." The family will say that you would need the Luna Wing which can be obtained at Fullmoon Island. The Sailor will now bring you to Fullmoon Island. On the Island, you will meet Cresselia and she will fly off to Sinnoh like Mesprit. She will leave an item...The Luna Wing !!!!Fly back to Canalave and cure the boy! The only way to catch it is by using the method you used to catch Mesprit.
